1. Who is responsible
Intelook Method Ltda, CNPJ 67.040.340/0001-17, AV D 419 QUADRA G 11 LT 01 Sala 401, Set Marista, 74150-040, Goiania GO, Brazil. For any privacy request, email vivimiranda@intelook.net.
2. What we collect
- Account: your email address.
- Purchase: Stripe identifiers (customer, checkout session, payment), product, amount, currency, status and dates. You enter card details with Stripe; we do not store them.
- Using the System: a session record with device information and last-seen time, used to limit simultaneous sessions and protect your account.
- Free guide: your email, the date and the source, stored to send you the guide and product updates. We also keep a hashed form of your IP address, only to limit abuse of the form.
- Calls: the name, email and language you give when booking; the recording of each Call; and the emails we exchange with you (bookings, support, refund requests).
- Refund requests: your email, account ID and the time of the request.
- Technical: basic visitor data (such as IP address and browser) processed by our hosting provider. Google Fonts loads from Google's servers when you open the site.
3. Why we use it
To deliver the System and the Calls; to process payments and refunds; to secure accounts; to send the guide and product updates; to answer you; to meet legal obligations; and to use recordings internally for content, data and feedback, as described in the Terms. We do not sell your data.
4. Who receives it
Service providers that process data for us: Stripe (payments); our hosting, database and authentication provider (Lovable Cloud); Lovable (sending our emails); Zoom (Calls and recordings); Google (calendar booking, email and fonts). Some of these providers store or process data outside Brazil.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists and as long as needed for the purposes above, for tax and accounting duties, and to resolve disputes. We keep recordings of the Calls for as long as Intelook uses them for the internal purposes in the Terms.
6. Your rights
Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) you can ask us to confirm that we process your data; give you access to it; correct it; anonymise, block or delete it; give it to you in portable form; tell you who we share it with; and withdraw consent. You can also complain to the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD). Email vivimiranda@intelook.net. To be removed from the guide and product-update list, email the same address.
7. Cookies and storage
We use browser storage that is necessary to keep you signed in. The site's own code does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Our hosting provider may collect basic visitor statistics.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures. No system is completely secure.
9. Who this is for
Intelook is for adults (teachers). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date above. For material changes we email account holders.
