1. Who we are
These Terms are between you and Intelook Method Ltda ("Intelook", "we"), CNPJ 67.040.340/0001-17, AV D 419 QUADRA G 11 LT 01 Sala 401, Set Marista, 74150-040, Goiania GO, Brazil. Contact: vivimiranda@intelook.net.
2. What you buy
For one payment of $499 USD you get (a) lifetime access to the Intelook Method interactive system (the "System") and (b) four one-on-one video calls with Vivi (Viviane Miranda), the creator of Intelook (the "Calls"). These Terms apply to purchases made on intelookmethod.dev by paying buyers.
3. Your account and licence
You sign in with your email. The account is personal: do not share your login. We may limit how many sessions can be active at the same time. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the System to teach your own students. You may not copy, resell, share or publish the System or its content. Your students do not need accounts.
4. Lifetime access
"Lifetime access" means access for as long as Intelook offers the System, including every chart, tier and update added later at no extra cost. If we decide to close the System permanently, we will tell you by email at least 90 days before.
5. The Calls
Four calls of 60 minutes each, one on one, on Zoom, in Portuguese, English, French or Italian (you choose when you book).
Call 1 covers the pyramid and the fundamentals. Call 2 covers Green, Blue and Red in practice. Call 3 covers LIVE and switching between the charts. Call 4 is a recap, your questions, and a recorded session of Vivi's own groups that you watch together. The Calls are about running the method in your own classes, not English lessons.
You book Call 1 yourself from the Mentorship page. After you book, Vivi emails you the Zoom link. Once your refund period has ended, Vivi emails you to agree the times for Calls 2, 3 and 4 and sends a calendar invite for each.
You must take all four Calls within 3 months of your purchase date. Calls not taken by then expire.
You can reschedule once, with at least 24 hours' notice. A Call you miss without notice counts as taken. If Vivi cancels a Call, she rebooks it at no cost.
6. Recordings
Every Call is recorded. You keep your recording of every Call, and Vivi sends it to you. Your Call 1 recording is sent once your refund period has ended. Your recording is for your personal use.
Intelook uses recordings internally for content, data and feedback. We do not share or publish any recording, or any part of one, outside Intelook without your separate written permission. Before Call 1 we ask you to confirm these recording terms in writing by email.
The Call 4 session shows Vivi's own groups, with the consent those students gave in their class contract. You may not record, copy or share it.
7. Price and payment
$499 USD, one payment, no subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card number.
8. Refunds
You can ask for a full refund until the later of (a) 7 days after your purchase and (b) 24 hours after your first Call ends. Option (b) applies only if you take Call 1 within 14 days of your purchase.
To ask, use the button on the Mentorship page in your account, or email vivimiranda@intelook.net with the subject "Refund". We review your request and refund the payment method you used. How soon the refund appears depends on your card issuer.
If you are refunded, your access ends and Calls 2–4 are cancelled.
If a payment is refunded, or you open a payment dispute with your bank, your access is removed. If the dispute is closed in Intelook's favour or withdrawn, access is restored.
If you are a consumer under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, you also have the right of withdrawal within 7 days of purchase (art. 49). Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under that law or any mandatory consumer law that applies to you.
9. Intellectual property
The System, its charts, text, design and method, and the content of the Calls belong to Intelook or its licensors. These Terms give you only the licence in section 3.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use the System unlawfully, share your login, copy or scrape its content, or try to bypass its access controls.
11. Our responsibility
We provide the System and the Calls with reasonable care. We do not promise particular results for your classes or students. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about your purchase is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under consumer law.
12. Changes
We may improve or change the System. We may update these Terms. A change that reduces your rights does not apply to purchases already made unless you agree to it.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Goiânia, Goiás, Brazil, are competent, except that if you are a consumer you may also bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence where the law gives you that right.
